CAN I CONTROL WHAT ACCESS LEVELS ARE GIVEN TO USERS?

Yes, system administrators can appoint access to each user type.

IS THE SYSTEM GDPR COMPLIANT?

This privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by OneLook Systems and sets out the basis on which any Personal Data which we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We handle your Personal Data in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.

HOW MANY USERS CAN THE SYSTEM HOLD?

The system has the capability to hold an unlimited number of users.

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE SUPPORTED?

The system is available in, and supports, all languages.

The system is available online 24/7, 365 days a year. It can be accessed on mobile devices or hand-held devices to approve, close permits, see visitors and induction qualifications.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL PROJECT ENTAIL?

A typical project would include:

  • Base system ready for login within 5 working days
  • Electronic permits, maps and locations configured
  • Printed permits are designed and agreed
  • Site readiness – final approval, training and go-live

WHAT LEVEL OF SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE?

Support is available through our Helpdesk and our clients also have 24hr server-side support.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO MAKE PERMIT CHANGES AFTER THE PROJECT?

The OneLook Systems team will assist you with permit changes after the project. Your annual site licence covers this.

OneLook Systems will also participate in the development of an implementation strategy with clients, to include training and a handover package.

WHO RECEIVES TRAINING?

Key user groups and dedicated site administrators receive detailed training.

HOW IS TRAINING DELIVERED?

Training is delivered online via webinars or onsite delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER TRAINING?

User logins are provided based on defined roles.

CAN THE SYSTEM GENERATE MULTIPLE TYPES OF PERMITS?

Yes, the system has the ability to generate multiple types of permits such as general work, hot work, working at height etc. Permit templates are configurable if modifications are required.

CAN CONTRACTORS MANAGE THEIR OWN WORKFORCE?

Yes, the system allows for contractors to submit and maintain their own information, greatly reducing company admin time.
